  • Existing PSPO

    The PSPO will be in force from 1 April 2022 until midnight on 31 March 2025 and will provide additional powers to authorised officers to enforce the prohibitions within the order, supporting our partners in tackling these issues, to make the borough a safer place for all. When implementing the PSPO it was agreed to undertake an annual review to ensure it remained fit for purpose. It was agreed in October 2023 to vary the order to include additional locations within Schedule, 3 Schedule 4, and Schedule 5 and comes into force on 1st December 2023 for the remainder of the three-year period.

    PSPO annual review and extension of order - to gain final authorisation following formal consultation
  • Any agreed orders to come into force.

    Any orders agreed at Cabinet will come into force in the updated PSPO.
